Armando later served as a medic in the U.S. Army, where he developed a strong foundation in discipline, accountability, attention to detail, and service to others. Following his military service, he built a successful career spanning more than two decades in corporate leadership, leading teams, improving operations, and helping organizations deliver consistent customer experiences at scale.

Over time, he recognized that many property owners faced the same challenge: finding a service provider that combined reliable execution, professional communication, and genuine care for their property. Too often, services were inconsistent, communication was reactive, and expectations were unclear.
